Let’s start with their tag line, “big enough to depend on, small enough to care”. I couldn’t agree more. With our AC going out during one of the hottest weeks of the year our urgency to have it replaced was the same as anyone in our situation. Our incumbent HVAC company had the fast track for our business but I couldn’t even get a return phone call for days. While searching for alternate estimates we noticed a trend that even the smaller dealers weren’t all that prompt in returning a sales call. Interesting how they treat new business… PGA was quite different. I was able to submit a request online, received a phone call within hours and was provided an early estimate for review before someone came to our house to confirm the size of replacement unit. We communicated via text which is extremely helpful when I’m in meetings most of the day. Our quote was reasonable, we weren’t sold anything bigger than we needed and they even found us a better rebate to save a few hundred more. Scheduling took a few days but based on the time of year that was reasonable and the team who installed both our AC and Furnace was friendly and knowledgeable walking us through the new sensors and thermostat. To top it all off, in what would be a very transactional experience with new equipment compared to a repair / maintenance call, we received a follow up thank you gift in the mail with a reminder they are there for any service needs we may have. Just the right personal touch to round out our experience! That will not be forgotten down the road with referrals and future maintenance.
