COOLING (AIR CONDITIONING):

• Return and Supply air temperatures
• Temperature drop over coil
• Filter inspection
• Check and clean condensate line
• Confirm compressor is functioning properly
• Test capacitor

HEATING (FURNACE):

• Inspect and clean:
