Geothermal Heating and Cooling
The earth absorbs almost 50% of all solar energy and remains a nearly constant temperature of 50F to 70F depending on geographic location. Working with an underground loop system, a ClimateMaster geothermal unit utilizes this constant temperature to exchange energy between your home and the earth as needed for heating and cooling.
In winter, water circulating inside a sealed loop absorbs heat from the earth and carries it to the unit. Here it is compressed to a higher temperature and sent as warm air to your indoor system for distribution throughout your home.
In the summer, the system reverses and expels heat from your home to the cooler earth via the loop system. This heat exchange process is not only natural, but is a truly ingenious and highly efficient way to create a comfortable climate in your home.

Hybrid Heat - Hybrid technology is not just for cars anymore!
A Hybrid Heat system reacts to changing temperatures and automatically adjusts to the most efficient energy saving method available to heat or cool a home. It is a fuel-saving alternative to traditional heating and cooling systems in that it combines a furnace with a heat pump, rather than an air conditioner.
A heat pump works as an air conditioner in hot weather, but can also reverse the process and heat the home when cold weather arrives. Rather than burning fuel to generate heat, the heat pump moves heat without a flame, making it a more efficient method of heating a home.
Hybrid Heat is so efficient it costs less to operate than any gas funace alone, even one that is 100% efficient. Hybrid Heat is adaptable for most gas or electric systems and by using a variable speed fan to distribute air evenly throughout a home.

High Efficiency Lighting
We realize people are looking for ways to save money on their electric bills. At PGA, we offer a wide array of energy saving lighting technology to meet this demand.
We feature fixtures designed for use with compact fluorescent and cold cathode. These new technologies use as little as one-fifth the energy of an incandescent fixture. We are also experienced in LED lighting. LED is currently the most efficient lighting technology on the market, producing over 100 lumens for every watt. Another advantage is the bulbs in these systems do not need to be replaced nearly as often as the traditional bulbs.

Solar Electricity Generation
